1. About these terms
These terms apply to digitalsoftproject.com, run by Digital SoftProject (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our services
We provide digital services carried out manually by our team, including SEO, web design, video editing, virtual assistant work, AI articles, auto blog websites, PBN posts and Web 2.0 backlinks. Each product page describes what the service includes. Anything not listed there is outside the order unless we agree to it in writing, for example in your order messages.
3. Your account
- You need an account to place an order. Keep your login details private; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Use a working email address so we can reach you about your orders.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or anything else that breaks these terms.
4. Placing an order
When you order, you give us the details the service needs, such as your website URL, keywords and anchor text. Please check them carefully: we work from what you send us. Work starts once your payment is confirmed and we have everything we need.
We may decline an order, for example for adult, drug-related or illegal websites or content. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- You can pay with cryptocurrency through our payment provider Cryptomus, or from the balance in your account wallet.
- A crypto payment counts as received once Cryptomus confirms it. Send the exact amount on the network shown on the invoice. You cover any blockchain network fees, and we can't recover funds sent to the wrong address or network.
- Wallet balance is credit for buying services on this site. It isn't a bank account, doesn't earn interest and can't be moved to another account.
- Coupon codes work only as described and can't be exchanged for cash.
6. Delivery and turnaround
Each product page shows the expected turnaround, for example about 4 business days for PBN posts. Turnaround is counted in business days from when your payment is confirmed and we have all the details we need. If we have to wait for information from you, the clock pauses until you reply.
We deliver through your dashboard, where you'll find the reports, links or files for each order, and we email you when an order is delivered.
7. Revisions and acceptance
If a delivery doesn't match what you ordered, request a revision from the order page in your dashboard and tell us what needs fixing. Revisions cover the original order; new requirements such as extra URLs, pages or keywords may need a new order.
An order counts as accepted when you mark it complete in your dashboard, or automatically once 7 days pass after delivery without a revision request.
8. Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back. In short: you get a 100% refund if we fail to deliver on time, and work that has been delivered and accepted isn't refundable.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use the site or our services for anything illegal, to infringe other people's rights, or to spread spam or malware. Don't try to access other accounts, interfere with the site's security, or abuse coupons or the payment system.
10. Search engines and third-party platforms
We work hard to improve your rankings, but search engines such as Google decide rankings themselves and change their algorithms often. We can't guarantee a particular ranking, amount of traffic or income. The same goes for third-party platforms involved in our work, such as Web 2.0 sites, Google AdSense, hosting companies and plugin vendors: they set their own rules and may change them or remove content at any time.
11. Ownership
The content and design of this website belong to us. Once an order is paid in full, you may use what we deliver for your own projects. Third-party themes, plugins and tools we install stay subject to their own licences.
12. Our liability
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or ranking drops. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law says can't be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Each order is covered by the terms in place when it was placed.
